Residential cleaning does not require a contract, you may be asked to sign an agreement to allow us to do the work but no contracts. The exception to that would be reoccurring services. 

For commercial accounts, a contract would be necessary for the safety and agreement of services, so we set clear expectations.

If requested, we can absolutely setup a schedule so you will have the same cleaner or cleaners. 

Work is 100% guaranteed, within reason. We always want the customer to feel they had a good experience and be happy with the services provided.

Payments are easy. Pay via the easy link on the email statement or in person. All employees have easy to use card readers that you can tap, swipe or insert your card on. We accept cash or all major credit cards. 

Yes, absolutely. Customers that choose to get monthly cleanings will also benefit from a discount offered, when agreeing to more that 2 cleanings. 

Laundry service is offered for an additional cost, we also offer pick up and drop off laundry services.

Dish cleaning is offered for an additional cost. 

Absolutely. We do request all cancellations and requests to reschedule happen more than 24 hours before your scheduled services.
